1. Recreate the spreadsheet template shown as an image below.  
2. Solve the example problem by the using the spreadsheet template you created. Some modifications of the original template may be necessary.  Drop off the excel file with your name and the example problem statement. Include in your excel file an explanation of the two different approaches used to get the same answer.

 

Example Problem:  Find the present worth of an annuity amount of $6,000 per year over a period of 20 years at an interest rate of 5%.  Include in your excel file an explanation of the two different approaches used to get the same answer.
