The event is free and open to the public. Thursday, March 14 is the Practice Day. Teams will un-bag, calibrate and have a few practice rounds with their robots. Friday, March 15 is Qualification Day, where teams are randomly assigned alliance members to compete to rank as high as possible. Sunday, March 16 is Elimination where teams finalize their alliances and complete in a single elimination bracket, playing best two out of three matches each round. Winners of the event advance to the World Championship in Detroit.

Wednesday, March 13th

6pm-8pm - Team Load in, 5 team representatives drop off robot and tools.

Thursday, March 14th

7:45am-8:30 am - Team Load in, 5 team representatives drop off robot and tools.
8:30am - Doors, Pits, and Machine Shop Open.
8:30am-12pm - Team Registration and Inspection
12pm-6:30pm - Practice Rounds.
8pm - Pits and Machine Shop Close.

Friday, March 15th

8am - Doors, Pits, and Machine Shop Open.
8:30am - Opening Ceremonies
9am - Qualification Matches Begin.
12pm - Lunch Break
1pm - Qualification Matches Continue.
5:45pm - Qualification Matches End, Award Ceremony Begins.
7pm - Pits and Machine Shop Close.

Saturday, March 16th

8am - Doors, Pits, and Machine Shop Open.
8:30am - Opening Ceremony
9am-12pm - Qualification Matches
12pm - Alliance Selection
1:30pm - Elimination Matches Begin.
3:30pm - Machine Shop Closes
4pm - Pits Close
4:30pm - Award and Closing Ceremony

Dining and Social

During the event, SUNY Poly's Dining Halls will be open. The Campus Center and Student Center are accommodating to a variety of dietary needs and allergies. The Campus Center features an all you can eat buffet for one price. The dining hall will be open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The Food Court features a variety of food made on demand. For more information about the Food Court click here. The Field House will also have a small concession window open for snacks.
