The Pact organization is comprised of approximately sixty professionals from business, human service, health, education, and training who are committed to increasing productivity and quality of life in the workplace by improving the way in which people work together. Since 1980 Pact Training has conducted custom-designed training programs in human dynamics and change management for over 3500 executives, managers, supervisors, trainers, and workers in a variety of corporate and educational settings.

Pact training exercises, structured improvisations®, are designed to replicate practical situations employees and managers confront in their day-to-day work activites. Guided by Pact "actor-trainers" who stage the structured improvisations, trainees participate as themselves in their professional capacities. The leap from theory and discussion to direct application is accomplished by the participants while in training.

Recent workshop topics include:

Their client list is impressive, ranging from Fortune 500 companies like Kraft General Foods, Union Carbide, and Merrill Lynch to community organizations such as Beekman Downtown Medical Center and the Ocean County Board of Social Workers.
