Since 1980 Pact Training has conducted custom-designed training programs in human dynamics and change management for over 3500 executives, managers, supervisors, trainers, and workers in a variety of corporate and educational settings.
Pact training exercises, structured improvisations®, are designed to replicate practical situations employees and managers confront in their day-to-day work activites. Guided by Pact "actor-trainers" who stage the structured improvisations, trainees participate as themselves in their professional capacities. The leap from theory and discussion to direct application is accomplished by the participants while in training.
